We scope hard at the start. Version one includes what earns money or saves time, and nothing else. Everything else goes on a written list for version two, so it does not quietly expand the budget while you are waiting.

How we choose the stack
There is no universally correct answer. There is a correct answer for your budget, timeline and feature list.
Flutter or React Native
One codebase for Android and iOS. Roughly 40–50% cheaper than building both natively, and the right choice for the large majority of business apps.

- Near-native performance for standard interfaces
Kotlin or Swift (native)
Separate native builds. More expensive, but correct when the app leans hard on device hardware or needs the last few percent of performance.
