Mobile apps built to ship, not to demo

Android and iOS applications with a real backend, a working admin panel and a route to the app stores. Built in Flutter, React Native, Kotlin or Swift — whichever genuinely suits your project.

The problem we keep seeing

Most failed app projects fail before any code is written

Businesses come to us having already spent money on an app that never launched. The pattern is nearly always the same: nobody agreed what version one had to do, the backend was an afterthought, and the app store rejection at the end was the first time anyone read the guidelines.

We scope hard at the start. Version one includes what earns money or saves time, and nothing else. Everything else goes on a written list for version two, so it does not quietly expand the budget while you are waiting.

The result is that our apps generally reach the store in four to ten weeks, and the ones that take longer take longer for reasons we flagged on day one.

What we build

App types we have shipped

If your idea is close to one of these, we can usually quote it within a day.

E-commerce & delivery

Product catalogues, cart and checkout, payment gateway, order tracking, delivery partner app and a dashboard for the operations team.

Education & coaching

Video lessons with secure playback, test series with instant scoring, doubt forums, attendance and fee tracking, and parent notifications.

Booking & services

Slot booking, staff calendars, reminders over push and SMS, online payment, and a customer history the front desk can actually use.

Community & membership

Member directories, profile privacy controls, news feeds, event registration and moderation tools for the committee running it.

IoT & monitoring

Live device data over MQTT, threshold alerts, historical charts, and role-based access so field staff see only their own equipment.

Internal business tools

Field-force apps, inventory and stock counting, order collection for sales reps, and offline-first data capture that syncs when signal returns.

Technology

How we choose the stack

There is no universally correct answer. There is a correct answer for your budget, timeline and feature list.

Flutter or React Native

One codebase for Android and iOS. Roughly 40–50% cheaper than building both natively, and the right choice for the large majority of business apps.

  • Best for e-commerce, booking, content and community apps
  • Faster iteration and a single team maintaining it
  • Near-native performance for standard interfaces

Kotlin or Swift (native)

Separate native builds. More expensive, but correct when the app leans hard on device hardware or needs the last few percent of performance.

  • Heavy camera, sensor, Bluetooth or AR use
  • Background processing and low-level OS integration
  • Apps where frame-perfect smoothness is the product
Process

Six stages from idea to store listing

Scope

We agree exactly what version one does, and write down what it deliberately does not do.

Design

Screen-by-screen designs you approve before development starts. Changes here cost nothing.

Build

Backend API, admin panel and app built together, with working builds shared every week.

Launch

Store listings, screenshots, privacy policy, review submission, then analytics and crash reporting.

Every app includes

What is in the price

Backend & API

A real server, database and documented API — not a prototype wired to a spreadsheet.

Admin panel

A web dashboard so you can manage content, users and orders without calling us.

Push notifications

Firebase set up and tested, so you can reach users after they install.

Your source code

Full repository handed over on completion. You own it. No lock-in, ever.

App development FAQ

What clients ask before starting

How much does it cost to build an app in India?
Our app projects start at ₹79,999 for a focused single-purpose app on one platform. A typical cross-platform business app with payments, accounts and an admin panel lands between ₹1.5 and ₹4 lakh. Marketplace and multi-role platforms go higher. You get a fixed written quote after scoping, not an hourly estimate that drifts.
How long does app development take?
Four to ten weeks for most projects. The variable is almost never our development speed — it is how quickly content, logos, payment gateway credentials and business decisions come back to us.
Will the app be on both Play Store and App Store?
Yes, if you want both. We handle the builds, store listings, screenshots, privacy policy and review submission. You will need your own developer accounts ($25 one-time for Google, $99 a year for Apple) because those accounts must legally belong to you.
Do I own the source code?
Completely. The full repository is transferred to you on final payment. We do not hold code hostage to force a maintenance contract, and you are free to hand it to another developer at any point.
What happens if the app breaks after launch?
Three months of free bug fixing is included, covering anything that does not work as specified. After that, most clients move to a small monthly maintenance plan covering OS updates, library upgrades and minor changes.
Can you take over an app another developer started?
Often, yes. We start with a paid code review to tell you honestly whether continuing is cheaper than rebuilding. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so even though a rebuild is a bigger job for us.

Have an app idea worth scoping?

Tell us what it needs to do. You will get a written feature breakdown, a timeline and a fixed price — and an honest opinion on whether an app is even the right answer.
