The things people ask before paying
Are there hidden costs?
No. The quote covers everything in the agreed scope. The only things that cost extra are third-party services you own directly — a premium domain, paid plugins, SMS credits, or your Google Ads spend itself.
What happens after the first free year of hosting?
Hosting renews at actual cost, typically ₹2,500–₹4,000 a year depending on traffic. You can also move the site to your own hosting account at any time — we will hand over all files and databases without argument.
Do you take payment in instalments?
Yes. The standard split is 40% to start, 40% at design approval and 20% on launch. Larger projects can be split across more milestones.
Why is SEO a six-month minimum?
Because anything shorter is not honest. Technical fixes take a few weeks to be recrawled, content takes time to age, and results generally start appearing in month three. A three-month SEO contract mostly benefits the agency.
Is the Google Ads fee separate from ad spend?
Yes. The management fee is ours; the ad spend goes directly to Google from your own account, which you own and can see at any time. We never mark up media spend.
